The mentioned article was published on European Journal of Pharmacology in October 2013 by Dr. Alizadeh, principal investigator of PCCRG, and his group and colleagues including Maryam Mohsenikiaa, Saeed Khodayari, Hamid Khodayari, Seyed Amin kouhpayeh, Aliasghar Karimi, Mina Zamani, Saleh Azizian and Mohammad Ali Mohagheghi.

The results of this study provided evidence that solanine exerts a significant chemoprotective and chemotherapeutic effect on breast cancer through apoptosis induction, inhibition of cell proliferation, and angiogenesis pathways.
