Till now, various type of human drive tumors have been stablished deferent kind of immunocompromised mice. In this base, PCCRG researchers by establishment of novel kind of immunocompromised mice “Gamma radiation Immunosuppressive mice (GIS mice)” facilitate pre-clinical studies on models of human xenograft tumors. GIS mice are Balb/c mice which immunocompromised by aspecific dose of whole-body gamma irradiation.
